Twei-Let Foundation was established in 2020 and is based in Kanpetlet Township, located in Chin State, Myanmar. The foundation was born out of a deep commitment to advance the well-being of vulnerable communities through integrated development approaches.
Guided by its core programs—Education, Humanitarian Relief, Livelihood Enhancement, and Civic Awarenessthe organization is dedicated to delivering impactful and sustainable initiatives. Since its inception, Twei-Let Foundation has actively implemented projects across Paletwa, Mindat, and Kanpetlet townships, focusing on underserved and marginalized populations.
Key achievements include:
🤝 Humanitarian assistance such as emergency shelter provisions and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) infrastructure.
🌾 Livelihood development focusing on household-level agriculture and micro-enterprise support.
📢 Awareness-raising activities centered on human rights, youth leadership, and women's empowerment.
📚 Educational projects including Home-Based Learning (HBL), Non-Formal Education (NFE), and WASH in schools programs.

Twei-Let Foundation is committed to fostering long-term transformation across Chin State by prioritizing peacebuilding, inclusive education, equitable governance, and sustainable livelihoods.
Between 2025 and 2030, the foundation aims to:
📘 1. Strengthen Access to Education
Establish Learning Centers in over 300 villages across Kanpetlet and Mindat Townships by 2026 to ensure continuous learning opportunities for children in remote areas.
🛠️ 2. Empower Youth Through Skills Development
Launch vocational training programs by 2028 that equip at least 100 youth with marketable skills, enabling pathways to meaningful employment and economic independence.
⚖️ 3. Promote Justice & Peaceful Governance
Support initiatives that build just and peaceful local governance structures to ensure community equity, voice, and representation by 2030.
💼 4. Develop Sustainable Livelihoods
Advance community-driven livelihood programs that promote food security, economic stability, and household resilience in underserved regions.
🕊️ 5. Foster Peace & Social Cohesion
Gradually implement peacebuilding and reconciliation initiatives to nurture resilient communities built on mutual respect, collaboration, and shared purpose.
