Organization Brackground

Established in 2020 and rooted in Chin State, Twei-Let Foundation is dedicated to advancing the well-being and resilience of vulnerable communities through an integrated development approach. Operating across Chin State (including Kanpetlet, Mindat, Paletwa, and Matupi) and the Magway Region (Saw Township), the organization focuses on underserved populations. Building upon its core pillars—Education, Humanitarian Relief, Livelihood Enhancement, and Civic Awareness—Twei-Let Foundation is actively expanding comprehensive capacity-building initiatives to empower local youth and community-based organizations across Myanmar.

Strategic Goals / မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် ရည်မှန်းချက်များ (2026-2030)

1. Strategic Goal 1: Institutional Accountability & Democratic Governance

To strengthen institutional accountability, civic participation, and democratic governance through targeted capacity building, civic education, and human rights awareness programs across conflict-affected and vulnerable communities. ပဋိပက္ခဒဏ်နှင့် ထိလွယ်ခိုက်လွယ်သော ဒေသများရှိ လူမှုအသိုက်အဝန်းများတွင် ရည်မှန်းချက်ထားရှိသော စွမ်းရည်မြှင့်တင်ရေး၊ ပြည်သူ့နိုင်ငံသားပညာရေး (Civic Education) နှင့် လူ့အခွင့်အရေး အသိပညာပေး အစီအစဉ်များမှတစ်ဆင့် အဖွဲ့အစည်းဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်ခံမှု၊ ပြည်သူ့ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်မှုနှင့် ဒီမိုကရေစီအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကောင်းမွန်မှုကို မြှင့်တင်ရန်။

2. Strategic Goal 2: Sustainable Integration

To seamlessly integrate humanitarian assistance with long-term development and peacebuilding efforts, ensuring that emergency relief transitions into resilient, community-led recovery and sustainable empowerment.လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှု အကူအညီများကို ရေရှည်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးနှင့် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးတည်ဆောက်မှု လုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းဖြင့် အရေးပေါ် အကူအညီပေးမှုများမှသည် ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိပြီး ရပ်ရွာလူထုကိုယ်တိုင် ဦးဆောင်သော ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးနှင့် ရေရှည်စွမ်းရည်မြှင့်တင်ရေးဆီသို့ အသွင်ကူးပြောင်းနိုင်ရန်။

3. Strategic Goal 3: Youth Empowerment & Digital/Skills Development

English: To equip youth and marginalized groups with essential digital literacy, technical skills, and informal educational opportunities, fostering local leadership and self-reliance in a rapidly changing environment.လျင်မြန်စွာပြောင်းလဲနေသော ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် ဒေသခံလူငယ်များနှင့် ဘေးဖယ်ခံထားရသော အုပ်စုများအား မရှိမဖြစ်လိုအပ်သော ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်စာပေ၊ နည်းပညာကျွမ်းကျင်မှုများနှင့် အလွတ်သဘော ပညာရေးအခွင့်အလမ်းများဖြင့် ဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးကာ ဒေသတွင်း ဦးဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းနှင့် ကိုယ်ပိုင်ရပ်တည်နိုင်မှုကို ဖော်ဆောင်ရန်။

4. Strategic Goal 4: Inclusive Community Resilience

To foster social cohesion, peace, and inclusive community resilience through collaborative multi-stakeholder engagement, rights-based awareness, and localized capacity enhancement initiatives.သက်ဆိုင်သူများအားလုံး ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်မှု၊ အခွင့်အရေးကို အခြေခံသည့် အသိပညာပေးမှုနှင့် ဒေသန္တရစွမ်းရည် မြှင့်တင်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများမှတစ်ဆင့် လူမှုရေးအရ ပေါင်းစည်းညီညွတ်မှု၊ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနှင့် အားလုံးပါဝင်နိုင်သော ရပ်ရွာခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိမှုကို ဖော်ဆောင်ရန်။

Objectives / ရည်မှန်းချက်များ

1. To promote institutional accountability, democratic governance, and civil rights awareness.

To enhance institutional accountability, active civic participation, and rights-based awareness through comprehensive trainings on democratic governance, human rights, and social justice.

2. To bridge educational gaps through flexible informal learning initiatives.

1. Democratic Governance & Civil Rights

English: Conducting trainings on Democratic Government, Social Justice (Human Rights, Civic Education, IHL, and CRSV) to promote institutional accountability and active civic participation.

3. Community Empowerment & Youth Skill Development

English: Empowering youth through Computer Literacy and Digital Literacy programs using internal resources (seeking funding support for expansion).

Myanmar: အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ ရှိရင်းစွဲ အရင်းအမြစ်များကို အသုံးပြု၍ ကွန်ပျူတာစာပေနှင့် ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ် စာပေသင်တန်းများ (Computer & Digital Literacy) မှတစ်ဆင့် လူငယ်များ၏ စွမ်းရည်ကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးခြင်း (လုပ်ငန်းချဲ့ထွင်ရန်အတွက် ရန်ပုံငွေ အထောက်အပံ့ ရှာဖွေလျက်ရှိသည်)။

4. Humanitarian Response & Resilient Recovery

English: Moving beyond short-term cash assistance, we link humanitarian aid with youth capacity building, vocational training, and resilient recovery in volatile regions.
